The Foundation
Time Commitment
We will host a 30-75min session (time varies depending on how many people attend).
Gallery
You will get viewing access to your entire gallery with our signature edit within 2 weeks after the shoot. See package options below.
Reservation Fee
A $100 non-refundable retianer fee is required at the time of booking to secure the reservtaion date and time. The fee covers the preparation and coordination of the session and does NOT apply to the package pricing.
Investment
We price out by group size. Pricing starts at $405 for small groups and gradually increases from there.

How It Works
Step 1: Let’s Chat!
Share your ideas, special requests, or must-have shots.
Step 2: Booking
We require a signed contract and paid retainer to officially book the session. Once those are taken care of, you are all set!
Step 3: The Session
Small Groups - 30 minutes
Mid-Sized Groups - 45 minutes
Large Groups - 60min
Extra Large Groups - 75min
We will take a mix of posed and candid shots, along with everything in between.
Step 4: Proofing Gallery
Within 14 days after your session, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery with roughly 135 images for smaller groups and 150 images for the larger groups. Choose your favorites to build your package or go for the entire gallery!
Step 5: Payment
Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll send an invoice. After payment, we’ll send the updated gallery or we will work our extra editing magic on the packages! The photo package options typically take an additional 14 days for the final edits and the gallery package takes 24hrs to be updated.
Step 6: Final Gallery
We will send you a private link to your final gallery. All images are high-resolution, digital copies. Download, save, print, and share your memories!
Print Release
Included with your invoice, this release allows you to print photos anywhere—or directly through your gallery!
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do you offer two package options?
A: We want to give you flexibility and offer packages designed to fit your needs! Some families just want a few polished shots, while others want all the memories.
Q: What happens if there is bad weather?
A: Thankfully this is not a major concern and we rarely have to cancel or reschedule due to weather. In the off chance that we do, we will try our best to offer a different date and time to accommodate. If we are unable to offer a different date and time we are more than happy to refund the retainer.
Q: What does your signature edit include?
A: Our signature edit includes adjustments to crop, color, exposure, and light skin smoothing. When applicable we also try to add more blue to the sky/water, reduce redness from sunburns/sensitive skin, and remove people from the background.
Q: When will I receive my photos?
A: The proofing gallery will be ready in roughly 14 days after the session. The final edits for the photo packages typically take 16 days but ultimately depends on how many families have submitted photos at the given time.
Q: Where do we take the photos?
A: We will help you pick a location that best suits your needs and preferences. We frequently shoot at private resorts, vacation rentals, and beaches. We will also try to pick a location that works best with the weather.
Q: What is the best time to take photos?
A: We host sessions anywhere from sunset to 2-3hrs beforehand. Sunset sessions are best for the iconic "golden hour" look wheras earlier time slots are better for capturing more blue color in the sky and water.
